Move from
Intercom,
Zendesk,
Crisp or
Help Scout in under 24 hours. We migrate your conversations, contacts, and help docs for free.
Quiet by design.
Your customers' words are between you and them. We don't train on them. We don't sell them. We don't read them.
How it works
Three steps. Under 24 hours.
Two minutes. No credit card. No onboarding call.
We import
Point us at your old tool. We handle the rest.
Go live
Swap the widget. Your team picks up where they left off.
Continuity, not just migration
One thread. Two tools. Zero restarts.
Open threads stay alive across the cutover. A customer replies to their old Intercom message. You pick it up inside SupportWire. Same context. Same history. No "let me find your previous ticket."
Your bill, before and after
Same team. Same volume. One-tenth the bill.

OUR GOAL
Take on
Intercom.
Our mission is bigger: more customer-first companies in the world. This is the goal that gets us there. Be the biggest competitor, on the side of every team paying the invoice.
The honest cut
We're not for everyone. Yet.
Switching is easy. The right reason to switch is harder. So here's the straight story. Written by us. About us.
Switch to us if
You're a founder, SMB, or growing team.
- Your bill has surprise line items every month.
- Per-resolution AI fees keep eating your margin.
- You don't have eight weeks for "implementation."
- You want one number on the invoice. Forever.
Stay with Intercom if
You run a 200-seat shop with compliance heat.
- You need HIPAA today, not next quarter.
- You run a multibrand Messenger across 12 properties.
- Procurement requires SSO and audit logs on every seat.
- Your team's been living deep in their API for years.
Enterprise muscle ships on Business and we're closing the gap fast. But today, pick the tool built for your shape. If that's us, hi.
FROM THE FOUNDER
This is what we're working toward.
We built SupportWire for teams who still pick up the chat themselves. What you pay us funds what we build next, so switching isn't a cost, it's a bet on where this goes. We're so wired in.
Karthik, Founder of SupportWire
Have questions? Just ask.
Yes. Almost exclusively. Conversation history, contacts, team setup, saved replies — it all imports automatically. Most teams are live in under 24 hours. Continuity keeps every open thread alive, so a customer can reply to their old Intercom message and you pick it up inside SupportWire. See the full migration playbook or compare us side-by-side with Intercom.
Two things: admin access to your Intercom workspace, and an API key. Generate the key from Intercom's developer settings and paste it into the migration flow. From there we pull conversations, contacts, team members and roles, saved replies, tags, and your help articles automatically. Nothing is written back to Intercom, so your old setup stays live until you're ready to flip the switch. If your account has custom fields or integrations we'll map those during onboarding. Ask us if you hit a snag.
Under 24 hours. The import handles conversation history, contacts, team setup, and saved replies automatically. We help you map custom fields and stress-test triggers before you flip the switch. See the migration playbook →
Yes. Same playbook. Conversations, contacts, team, saved replies — imported. Continuity keeps open threads alive across the cutover. Most Crisp teams are live the same day. Start your migration.
Yes. Direct line to SupportWire's engineering team. No ticket queue, no tier-one filter. Start the conversation.
Conversations, contacts, team members and roles, saved replies, tags, and your knowledge base. Custom data and integrations are mapped during onboarding. Nothing on the old tool is touched. You can run both side by side until you're ready.
