Introducing customer profiles

Every customer now has a dedicated profile page. Click any customer in the Users list to see their full details, all their conversations in a sidebar, and whether they are starred or blocked.

A 3D globe at the top of the profile shows where the customer is located, based on their most recent session. Handy when you need to be mindful of time zones or regional context before replying.

The Users list also gets a new filter popover. Narrow down by online status, country, or email domain to find the right person without scrolling through the full list.
