Introducing merge conversations
Combine multiple conversations from the same customer into one thread. One click, full history, no lost context.
Multiple conversations from the same customer can now be merged into a single thread. Open any conversation and the User Info sidebar will show that customer's other open conversations. Click Merge, confirm, and all messages collapse into the current thread with a system message marking where the merge happened. Merged conversations close automatically.
This is useful when a customer reaches out from different pages or opens a new chat without continuing the previous one. Instead of switching between threads, merge them and get the full history in one place.
