Introducing your brand in the widget

Your organization's logo now appears in the widget chat header, so customers see your brand instead of a generic icon. The logo pulls from whatever you've uploaded in Settings and adapts to the widget's current theme.
Event rules are now supported in the widget. When you create a message automation with a URL pattern in Settings, the widget monitors page navigation and triggers the message when a customer lands on a matching page. Wildcard patterns like */pricing work across subdomains and paths.
