Introducing message automations

Messages can now be sent automatically when customers visit specific pages. Create a rule under Settings with a URL pattern, write the message, and set a max execution count. When a customer lands on a matching page, they receive the message without anyone pressing send.

The automation list shows each rule with its URL pattern, message preview, and a progress bar tracking executions against the limit. Click the execution count to see who received the message, when it was sent, and which conversation it landed in.
