Introducing conversation history in the widget
Logged-in customers can browse all their past conversations and send annotated screenshots.
Logged-in customers can now see all their past conversations in the widget. Instead of always starting a new thread, they can pick up where they left off. The conversation list shows each thread with the latest message and opens directly into the chat.
Customers can also capture a screenshot of the page they are on, annotate it with arrows, rectangles, text, or freehand drawing, and send it as an attachment. Much easier than trying to describe a bug in words.
