Introducing conversation imports
Bring your entire conversation history into SupportWire with progress tracking, rollback, and per-entity breakdowns.
Moving to SupportWire from another support tool no longer means leaving your history behind. The new Imports page walks you through connecting your existing workspace, fetches every conversation, message, and contact, and brings them in with original timestamps preserved.
Imports run in the background with live progress. You can watch entities come through one at a time, see per-entity breakdowns (conversations, messages, contacts), and inspect a failed-items log for anything that didn't make it. If you need to start over, cancel a running import or roll back a completed one in one click.
A new Data section in Settings houses Imports alongside existing export flows. Each import gets its own detail page with the full log, stats, and the ability to retry failed items.
