Subprocessors
The third-party subprocessors SupportWire uses to deliver its services, what each one does, and where it processes data.

To deliver the SupportWire Platform, Skcript Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Skcript", "we", "us") engages a small set of trusted third-party companies ("Subprocessors") to process Customer Data on our behalf. This page lists those Subprocessors, the service each one provides, and the regions in which they process data.
We require every Subprocessor to commit, by contract, to data protection obligations consistent with those in our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR requirements. Each one may access Customer Data only to perform the service we engage them for, and is bound not to use it for any other purpose.

Some components of the SupportWire Platform, including our search index and product analytics, are self-hosted on the infrastructure listed above and are not operated by separate third parties.
Changes to this list
We may add or replace Subprocessors as our service evolves. When we do, we will update this page before the new Subprocessor begins processing Customer Data. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information.
