Every AI reply now shows the exact knowledge sources it pulled from, plus how long it took to answer.
When Kal answers a customer, you can now see exactly where that answer came from.
Hover any AI message in the inbox and a card pops up with the knowledge sources behind it. The articles, the pages, the docs Kal read to write that reply. No more guessing whether the bot made something up. The receipts are right there.
The sources load on demand, only when you hover. So the inbox stays fast and nothing extra gets fetched until you ask for it.
