What is Involvement rate?

How much of your inbound support volume the AI agent touches, whatever the outcome. A measure of footprint.

Involvement rate is the share of total inbound support volume that the AI agent participates in, regardless of the final outcome. It measures footprint: how much of your incoming conversation flow the AI is actually touching.

A high involvement rate (80% or more) signals that the AI is positioned as the first responder rather than a fallback that only sees a fraction of traffic.
