Full Arabic and Tamil language support
SupportWire now speaks Arabic and Tamil, with 23 languages available in the locale picker.
Arabic with full RTL
Every screen in the webapp has been translated into Modern Standard Arabic. But translation alone is not enough for Arabic. The entire layout flips to right-to-left: sidebars, chat bubbles, tooltips, popovers, and navigation all mirror automatically when you switch your locale to Arabic.
Chat message bubbles use logical border radius so your messages appear on the correct side. Tooltips and popovers open in the right direction. Nothing feels backwards or patched together.
Switch your organization locale in Settings and the interface adapts instantly.
Tamil
Full Tamil translations across all 16 translation namespaces covering over 880 strings. Every part of the app, from the login page to knowledge stores to keyboard shortcuts, is available in Tamil.
When you switch to Tamil, a welcome toast greets you in your language. The same greeting works for every supported locale.
23 languages in the picker
The locale selector in Settings now lists 23 languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Japanese, Russian, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Italian, Dutch, Turkish, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Polish, Swedish, Malay, Tagalog, Danish, Arabic, and Tamil.
Arabic and Tamil ship with complete translations today. The remaining languages show a "coming soon" notice and keep the interface in your current language until translations are ready.
