Your customers already DM you on Instagram. Now those messages come straight to your inbox.
Connect your Instagram account and conversations show up alongside chat and email. We detect the channel automatically, so an Instagram thread looks like an Instagram thread. The customer's handle, their profile picture, and the page name all come through, no more guessing who you're talking to.
A small Instagram channel icon sits on each conversation, so a quick glance tells you where it came from.
We're calling it beta because we're still polishing it, even though it's solid enough that we rely on it ourselves. Give it a try, and let us know what could be better.
