Agent messages now show seen and double-tick read receipts, so you know when a customer has read you.
You sent the reply. Did they read it? Now you know.
Agent messages now carry read receipts. A single tick when it's delivered, a double tick when the customer has seen it. The same shorthand you already read a hundred times a day in every other chat app.
No more wondering whether silence means they're typing or they're gone.
