Your support inbox is where bugs get reported first. Now they can go straight to engineering.

Connect Linear in one click. We open an OAuth popup, you approve, and you're done. From any conversation you can push a task into Linear through a simple dialog, and the status mapping keeps both sides in sync as work moves along.

Under the hood we rebuilt integrations on a generic provider registry. So Linear is the first, not the last. More providers slot in from here without a rewrite.

• A Disconnect button in the integration config dialog, for when you need to unwire a provider
• Tasks get an inline status dropdown, so you change state without opening the task
• Type /task in the composer to spin up a follow-up without leaving the thread
• Task due dates now use a proper calendar picker instead of raw text
