A more accessible inbox

Support software gets used all day, by everyone. It should work for everyone too.

We shipped the first phases of WCAG 2.1 AA across the app. Cleaner document structure for screen readers, keyboard-friendly navigation, and forms that announce themselves properly. The kind of work you don't see, but a lot of people feel.

This is phase one of a few. More to come.
