Introducing tasks
Track follow-ups alongside conversations — with assignees, real-time updates, search, and activity notifications in the chat timeline.
Conversations aren't the only thing support teams track. Tasks are now a first-class primitive in SupportWire.
Create a task from any conversation or standalone from the new Tasks sidebar item. Assign it to one or more teammates, set a due date, and watch it update live across every open window — tasks broadcast over the same channel system as conversations, so status changes and new assignees show up instantly.
Every task action — created, assigned, status changed, completed — appears as a system activity notification directly in the originating conversation's chat timeline. No more switching tabs to see whether the follow-up was handled.
Tasks are fully searchable through the command palette and the global search bar, powered by a Meilisearch indexer that keeps every task up to date as it changes.
