Let's debug the SSO issue.

Send me:
1. The exact error message you see
2. Your IdP (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, etc.)
3. Time of the last failed attempt (so I can pull our auth logs)
4. Whether new users are also affected, or just existing ones

Most SSO breaks come from a metadata refresh on the IdP side. If you can re-export your IdP metadata and send it, I can verify our config matches.
