The dashboard picked up a bot vs human resolutions card that shows, at a glance, what share of your conversations are being resolved by the bot versus a teammate. A proportion bar gives you the split today, and an area chart below it tracks the trend over time. The status card and resolutions card each get a full half-width for a cleaner read.

The left sidebar was redesigned with pill-shaped nav containers — Inbox, Conversations, Customers, and Dashboard sit inside their own soft pills with clearer active states. The existing accordion was replaced with pill tabs, and cursor-pointer now applies globally on interactive elements.

Inbox picked up three inbox-wide refinements: a Closed view alongside Open, Mark as unread from the conversation context menu, and inbox count badges that read straight from the root API so they stay in sync everywhere.
