Introducing the rich text composer

The message composer grew a formatting toolbar. Ordered lists, bullet lists, code blocks, and blockquotes are all one click away, and the same styles render correctly in the conversation timeline on both web and mobile. Long replies now look the way you wrote them.

Right-click or long-press any conversation in the list to reveal a context menu with Delete, status changes (Open, Snoozed, Resolved, Closed), and Copy link. No more hunting through three sub-menus to change a status.

• Admins can upload a bot profile picture from Bot Config — the bot now shows up with your own avatar across the widget and dashboard
• Team members can be suspended and unsuspended with a confirmation dialog, without removing them from the workspace
• New power-up purchase UI lets admins buy add-ons like extra seats or storage directly from the billing page
• Conversation list items show a provider logo overlay when imported from another tool
